The roundwood for cutting is brought onto the two input lines by a VOLVO loader.

On the input line, a control measurement of the dimensions of the roundwood is carried out to ensure that only logs of the required diameter can enter the saw.

Afterwards, each log is debarked and passes through a second metal detector. Only then it can be let into the production process.
